Why do you need thousands of pages to explain what you can look up and plainly see? Massive bodies of matter, so precise in their orbits, lighting the skies for billions of years. Yet, only a couple of thousand years ago, some anonymous men—in a time and place of a thousand different gods—put quills to scrolls and told you point by point how the Universe was created and a "Savior" was born to cleanse everyone's "sins"—and you believed.
We can get deep with receipts here. From Constantine the Great and the Council of Nicaea in 325, which manufactured and codified the Catholic (Christian) religion, to the Papal Bull Inter Caetera—the 1493 Doctrine of Discovery. That decree declared that any "New World" lands could be claimed if they were not already under the possession of a "Christian Prince." But here is the inflection point: What if the “Keys to Heaven” aren’t handed to the obedient, but to the discerning?
